Working out the kinks

I am best off when I am cutting, painting, sewing, sketching in the sometimes cool and sometimes quiet of my studio. From there I can see my chickens. I can look out into my yard and see my dogs as they cruise around their domain. But we all have to climb up that learning curve if we are going grow. Lately my eyes have been burning and my fingers grown weary of typing- but this is my current learning curve. I think the key is balance-a few hours of web stuff followed by a little cutting, painting and sewing. Here is the view from my happy place.

Store is Open!

I’m excited and proud to offer online shopping to my customers. I have updated my store and as I create new work, a percentage of goes straight onto my online shelves. If there is something you are looking for and cannot find here, let me know. This is where you will find current inventory and new work that is for sale.

It is so HOT

“I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.” -Jimmy Dean

The wind these days is from the south and feels like dragon’s breath. As much as I love being outdoors, this heat has pushed me indoors. I go from one air-conditioned space to the next. The good thing is, I am getting my online store ready for the Fall. It has a slightly new look and a lot of new items and will launch August 25, 2023 at 2:00pm Central time. I hope you are staying cool, and I know Fall is around the corner. In my opinion it just cannot get here soon enough!
